Chapter Meetings

Dear Members,

I would like to thank everybody that voted for me and the other members of the incoming Executive Committee and for their support during my service as Programs Chair during 2008 year.

I am looking forward to this upcoming year as your Programs Chairman and to working with all the Officers who were kind enough to step up to the plate to help out. Therefore, from time-to-time I will ask for volunteers to pitch-in and help out with upcoming events.

I want everyone to know that it is not only the Officers who come up with great ideas. So, at General Membership meetings, or at anytime you see me or one of the other elected officers, please feel free to make any suggestions or comments and we will review them.

I am pleased that many of you RSVP for our monthly meetings. Your RSVP helps me try and get an accurate count for the number of meals needed to have each month. 

Likewise, the chapter makes a commitment for the luncheons based on the number of RSVPs received. While I certainly understand last minute schedule changes, I hope you can appreciate the financial burden it places on the chapter when billed by the caterer for participants who do not attend.

Therefore, I ask you to consider sending along your payment if you RSVP for an event. I thank you for your continued support and hope to see you and your colleagues at a future chapter event.
